Would love to hear you explain your arm days in more detail. I see you’re still working arms at the end of push and pull days and when you’re feeling recovered you have an arm day between pull and legs. I’m assuming you are still trying to progress lifts on arm days. I was wondering if this is more of a metabolic stress type day? Are your rep ranges higher and rest times shorter on the added arm days? I believe side delts and arms can recover very quickly and have thought about adding them in a similar fashion as you have.
