Back today with a deserved rest. Usual procedure- Steps, Work and too much TV. NTD calories at 2900.

Lower A ticked off. Adjusted some exercise structure to prioritise hamstrings a bit more and to exhaust the shortened range before lengthened work.
Kicked off with Calves and Seated Hamstring Curl before moving on to Leg Extensions and Hack Squat. Brought in some hip thrusts to get some glute work in also. Finished off with Adductors and Core. Great session- all about rest and recovery now.

Upper A on the menu today. Dealing with a sub-par gym for a short while but there’s always bits to be done and progressed. Prioritising arms for a short while so pushdowns start off the workout, alternating between straight bar on Upper A and cuffed SA on Upper B. All weights progressed, built up to 45kg on low incline DB for 6 clean reps which was a highlight. Lower A tomorrow.

Rest Day today. Usually filled with lots of walking due to my lifestyle. Around 13-15k a day. Spending it checking in with family and full of university work. IF Sauna will be included for 20 minutes just to sweat some toxins out and help recover.
