Hi Corinne, I’m pretty clueless about all of this and there is so much conflicting info sometimes it’s easier just to ask someone who knows!
Just want to make sure I understand – heavier lower rep work whilst physically taxing does not match the calorific? output required for higher volume work? Also does higher volume work promote more hypertrophy than lower? and is one preferred above the other to promote strength gains?
I hope these aren’t daft questions LOL I will get there
