My comp prep cardio is walking (unless my coach decides otherwise) I keep my HR in the desired range and off I go. If I do anything more explosive I tend to get injured- so walking is my go to, I find it really effective as a fat loss tool.

Hi,
First let me say I’m still learning! But here’s what I found.
I believe this is a normal and desired reaction (it means everything is working right in sugar/insulin feedback regulation)
I get it all the time and crash hard afterward, for a long time and I mean years I avoided all food that caused it (before I started weight training and after but I’m a biff)
I’ve never found a way to prevent it, just learned to enjoy the food and appreciate the very healthy reaction!

Great news… I really thought you looked the best I’ve seen, frankly I was a bit confused about what exactly the judges were looking for… but I’m easily confused lol… I wonder if you’d mind listing the otc supplements you’ll be utilizing during the next phase and leading into the shows.. g

Hey Corinne! What a fantastic couple of weeks! Any way just a couple of questions about this prep, do you still feel that you stayed too lean in the offseason? And if you had used AAS in this prep time would you take a break now? As I know you initially planned to move over to powerlifting for the end of the year?

I get this too… I put it down to being very sensitive to sugar.. which I think is actually a desirable response but I really can’t tolerate the sides I feel really drunk/incapacitated and then starving an hour later!
