Everyone’s different mate but just for some positive news. I just rang 150mg test and added HCH 3 x a week and within 3 weeks my girlfriend was pregnant 😁

Everything looks in range and this fine to me,

the only things out of range are to be expected to be our of range with you taking a little more than the usual Trt dose – However again you having stated your actually on TRT so presuming your not trying to be in the normal range and thus this is fine to.

Test – just over normal range

E2 – a little over normal range as test is over normal range – long as your getting no higher E2 sides – such as gyno/water retention -sex drive issues/ED issues etc then this is all fine.

If you are simply switching to daily dosing and this will come down a little close to top end of range

Thanks hilly! Main reason I did the bloods was in so fatigued and wanted to understand why. I thought it could be training but took 10 days off and still no better.

Taking it before bed will impact your sleep

Take your vitamin d3 and k2 it will improve your energy levels over time, get out in the morning and get a morning walk

PED’s deplete vit d3 and k2 levels so if you are using then you likely need more –

Generally for assisted athletes 12000 iu is great
Non living in uk 3000-6000 iu does job

Yes mate I’m on Cycle so I did think i’d need more. I know I need to take it. I just feel worse on it for the first few hours after taking it at least and makes me stop taking it. Thanks for coming back

Hi guys. Got bloods back everything In range. My vitamin D did come back <50nml shall I add in vitamin D?

    As a follow up

Can you post all hormone numbers please [/quote]
Have you ever tried vitamin d on its own without K2? Think that might be my problem. I’m not taking k2 with it and it’s making me feel so tired and worse taking vitamin d on its own? Done some research and many people say the same
