Hey Jp, I’m currently using Bulk powders and have been for at least a year. I use these companies purely for cost, if I could afford to use some of the big brand names then I would. But BP claims there Pure Series whey is 80% protein….plus the taste is actually really nice. I go from the white choc to choc cookies. What’s your opinion on companies like these, BP, Mr, TPW? Cheers buddy!

Thanks for the reply Corinne – really enjoying reading both of your logs. It helps me to stay motivated knowing that someone out there is working harder then me, so keep it up please lol
Would you consider adding electrolytes into a weight session, especially if doing twice daily sessions? I’m already having bcaas intra workout and feel my hydration Is good enough but just wondered if there would be any extra benefit.

Her Shreddedness is unreal
I’d love to just have half the condition that she’s got. Her metabolism must be through the roof, it’s an absolute testament to the hard work she puts in. A true inspiration, plus the amount of weight she lifts whilst being a shreddzilla is crazy. Keep smashing it Corinne!

Keep going Corinne, keep up the hard work
it’s very hard to see good progress through your own eyes. I have the same problem, I’m doing Jordan’s EL no 2 and have tried not to gauge bodyweight as progress but it’s too hard not to step on them scales…. Changing the subject slightly, on your HIT what do you drink for your intra HIT? Would BCAAs and a electrolyte powder be a good addition?
Thank you in advance -
I will do buddy thanks. I always feel like I’ve been rolled by a train afterwards haha Will you filming tomorrow sessions? It would be interesting to see how far you push someone who only a week out. No pressure haha

Nice one cheers Jp Looking at buying a foam roller but no idea which one to buy. When getting deep tissue work done, do you prioritise what’s giving you problems or have a schedule to which body part you want doing. I have a deep tissue massage once every 3/4 weeks and get done which areas cause me the most problems – lower back and shoulders. I’d like to get it done once a week but cost then becomes an issue.
Thanks again buddy -
70.5kg X 7 – easy peasy….wowzers!!!! Thanks for the link Jp, I’ve been trawling ebay/amazon for 1.25 plates but can’t find anywhere where you can just buy a pair or smaller weight. Unfortunately the gym I go to only go up in 2.5kg, I find progression and my form suffers going up in increments like that.
For me personally, I’d like to see something on mobility work and stretching for upper and lower body and how to foam roll properly if that’s ok? Keep up the good work mate, really enjoying the site. Constantly on it to check yours and Corrinnes journal -
Cheers Jp, that’s good to know. Still making progressions so I’ll crack on as I am doing and look forward to my final check in

Ok buddy. I’m on part 2 of your EL number 2. I’ve been adding a few intra set stretching this week. I’ve never sworn so much in my life, feels like my body has been ripped apart…. Just a side question here if poss, how often do you switch up exercises/splits etc is it all based on feel? Thanks in advance mate!

Hey Jp, I’ve asked a few of Q’s on your FB page but I wanted to ask one in here. It was about your back session you, Corrinne and Luke did but there isn’t a comment box under the vid? It was regarding the Intra-set stretching (looks brutal haha) is this something you can do for all muscle groups and would you do it every session or just certain sessions with certain exercises. I apologise in advance if this isn’t relevant to your training log. Quality site btw, well worth the money

Good luck Corinne
