Hi mate
What have you been doing to date? Do you have any gauge on how that volume will work for you?
I’d probably add a hip thrust into Lower B.
Hey rich I have been doing ppl rest to date, slightly higher volume

Ye end of sessions are hard , getting really fucking big , is hard. That’s why you don’t see many do it , as they feel a smidge of fatigue and think something is wrong . With this split you run as is for 4-5 months , then do a stint of the stuff at the back end at the start. You need the frequency , and PPL is dead volume you don’t need , so just suck it up and do the work . Also , in don’t know a single person with any actual muscle who trains much under 2 hours . If you ask ANYone with muscle , it’s going to be 1.45-2 hours , so again , if you actually want to look legit , suck it up . There will defo be people telling you that’s too long to train , they will also have no muscle
Noted, what are your thoughts on adding an arm day after the 2nd lower day? For additional arm stimulus

I am also looking to add an arm day and would like some thoughts of taking the biceps off lower B, then running the split as upper, lower rest, upper lower arms. I simply enjoy arm days

1 exercise 2-4 working sets to failure is all you need there for quality volume & efficiency
2 exercises added just for bicep means likely 8/9 movements for entire session it can get too lengthy for most
Where abouts would you put a hammer curl variation on the upper lower split? If I am to do just one variation at the start of lower?

Do them before legs
Would I also include them in pull or solely on legs?

If*

Do you have any suggestions of cream of rice is not liked?
-
It depends how soon you’re training after eating. You want something that digests well and fuels your session.
Something like Cream of Rice, Whey, berries and coconut oil would be perfect,
I am training about an hour after eating
