Hello If i wanted to implement another training day how would I do so ? Right now I do Upper monday lower tuesday rest wednesday then Upper thursday lower Friday and rest the weekend

hello I’ve been doing biceps before legs on L power day but the day before i feel i use a lot of biceps doing back , should i just throw in biceps on upper and do abs or rear delts on leg day then to keep volume the same ?

If I have a lacking body part would It make sense to throw in more intensifier techniques than volume ? like per example if I have lacking Side delts do a rest pause and a drop set for my last set of a side delt exercise?
