I agree take less as ashwaganda can have the opposite effect with some people. I have to have half a dose of dream sleep as I’m super sensitive to it
Thanks Kamara

What is your post workout meal?
Also, as Kuba states, taking both the Unwind and Dream sleep close together might be too stimulating for you if you’re sensitive to ashwagandha. If you take the Dream sleep on rest days and sleep well, then try dropping the Unwind on those late training sessions and just take the Dream sleep pre bed.

Seeing as your post workout meal is also your pre bed meal, try Oats, Iso Whey and berries instead of the coco pops. It will digest slightly slower over night. Oatmeal can help increase the release of serotonin too, which will help to calm the body.

Hey buddy, do you take an pre workout before training? What is your caffeine intake like? If it was me I would cut caffeine products after midday and use a non stick pre workout. What’s your nutrition like after training?
Hey mate, i currently dont take any caffeine – no monsters, no coffee, no pre workout.

Take less unwind and dream sleep
Both are dosed very well, so taking both in such close proximity can actually cause issues with too much ashwabaganda
Thanks will try

Hey Kuba, was wondering how long you usually spend timewise in the gym for a session?
-
The Philips one blade is very good but will take time.
the pink Veet cream is what I use year round and is pretty good on sensitive skin
Thanks Peter, unfortunately Veet doesnt get along with my skin.

Hey, so as above had said full body shaving especially for shows will be a time consuming effort, but there are for sure some electric shavers that a good and will give you a good finish
Thanks Rhea

For Kubas body we use a Phillips 1 blade – I think that’s what it’s called.
It’s an electric one and gets super close like you’re using a razor.
It’ll take a while regardless if you do it yourself or have someone else to do it –
Thanks Meg

Bro my skin is SO sensitive! I couldn’t use veet either but then I saw they have a sensitive spray. It’s amazing. I use two bottles to do my body.
So I start with lower, cover all areas – takes like 2 mins Cus the spray is so easy to use. Leave this on for 5-7 mins, then use a scouring pad or shower mitt whilst in the shower to rub it off. (Don’t use the scraper they provider they’re shit lol)
Get out shower and dry off then repeat for upper body. Make sure you use some tissue to wipe it off your nipples if they will burn – found out the hard way. Also inner bicep is thinner/more sensitive so maybe done do there.
I usually then get my partner to use my beard trimmer to quickly do my back
Thanks Joe

Unfortunately as Pheebs says shaving is time consuming but what you could do is get a body hair trimmer and use that it’s a little easier to quickly run over body parts but obviously it’s not as close as shaving.
You could have laser hair removal it’s a worth while investment for body parts you want 0 body hair
Thanks Kamara

Hey buddy! I used to wet shave for my competitions which unfortunately does take a long time especially if your a big lad! Maybe best to get your partner involved both shaving at the same time!!
Thanks Louis.

It’s a nightmare….literally the only thing I really don’t like about bodybuilding
I’m currently having laser. But it still takes time and money.
I try to stay on top but currently I’m due again. And I do it in 2 stages front 1 day someone does my back the next day
Yeah will try the philips device i guess. Because laser hair removal here in austria is way too expensive

Hi Florian
Shaving can be pretty time consuming if you can’t use something that’s pretty quick like veet, especially if doing it yourself.
I’d maybe think about laser hair removal like phoebe has said (I know this can work out expensive though) or having a wax then keeping on top of shaving regularly.
Yeah thanks marc
