This looks solid my friend… when it comes to pressing work , if I have 3 presses , my preference is to have an incline press variation, a flat press variation and a dip or tricep compound variation. That way I am challenging the whole pec as opposed to only biasing one division
Also agree here 100%[/quote]

What is a “v-station”?
Two closely aligned cable-stacks

I’m with Kerry here on the Sony ones from Amazon. They’ve lasted forever and the charge never seems to go down!

Before my in ear bose I used to use studio beats. I don’t even know if they make them anymore but the Apple ones I have heard good things about
Thank you Haider

I’ve actually found the cheaper ones stand up better to sweat and when they do go they will be cheaper to replace.
I just got a cheap pair of overear Bluetooth headphones off amazon and they are yet to break on me – had them about 18months so far.
Cheers Adam

Hi mate
I think the vast majority of popular headphones will be susceptible to sweat damage
You’ve highlighted the covers you can buy to protect them, and many brands have easily replaceable pads.
Thanks Rich

My 2 options would be
Upper / lower – 2 on 1 off
Or 5 days a week training
P/p/l/ rest / upper / lower / rest
Which one is down to what you enjoy n feel more suited to
Just another question if i do Upper, Lower, Rest, Repeat, should i add 3 Rotations or two. Two training days in a row followed by 1 rest day would be the setup

I see so it’s a case of trial and error, thanks mate for the suggestions

I think listening to your body and not pushing through just to feel as if you’re ‘sticking to the plan’ is important. Often, the sooner someone accepts that they need to pull back for a short time, the faster they recover and can get back to training 👍🏼
Cheerd Maddy, will listen to my body and get on with recovering

From there they can discuss the severity of your situation and the specifics around your expected recovery time and course of antibiotics. You’ll be able to ask questions from there. They may say it’s okay to train, they may advise against it. The most important thing is that you recover so you can get back to training and doing what you love.
I see, so i shouldn’t underestimate it and listen to my doctors. Because with past injuries i was just stupid and trained through it.

In prep I use no sauce. Off season I just use consistent amount daily
