How is the look, regardless of scale weight? Is your body composition changing? Also, are you assisted or natural?

Hi Clare, noticing some slight changes in how I look. I’m natural. Thank you

Thank you everyone. With regards to carbs In meal one, I feel a bit more focused without them in the morning and appetite is still good so thought it may be best to add to other meals until food gets too high from a digestion standpoint. I appreciate all the help!

Thank you everyone! I shall implement those things. Unfortunately ‘Unwind’ contains milk, which I can’t have. But might give dream sleep a go! 🙂

Keep going up slowly 200 calories at a time, your body adapts up and down metabolically

As long as your training performance is up you are good 🙂

Thank you Kuba. I appreciate it!

Thank you guys for the replies! I will give JP’s vegan whey a try as milk doesn’t agree with me at all.

The blueberry muffin sounds good, I’ll do an order!

I’d put close grip smith into arm and delt day.

And on push A I’d alternate machine dip with push downs.

BUT being an arm day guy ( I do delts too on arm day) I wouldn’t be scared to use both those compounds. Just choose your volume wisely

Thanks for the reply! Would you replace one of the tricep movements on the arm day, with the close grip smith? Or in addition to the other movements?
I’d replace it bud, volume looks good for now so see how it feels first. But if you find you’re flying though maybe add another movement.

You’re welcome ?
Appreciate that mate. I’ll give that a go

No probs matey. Of course programming the deadlift will depend on your training days I.e if you did 3 days in a row as PPL, deadlifts may not fit if you’re lower back loading with legs. Personally I’d do something like legs, push, off, pull, off, repeat. Frequency is good and lower back can recover adequately. Obviously tailor to your specific requirements and if you feel you’re not recovering, then re-evaluate.
Whatever happens, hope it goes well ?

Wouldn’t worry about lack of equipment in the slightest. Not the be all and end all.
Doesn’t look too bad, would like to see some form of deadlift in one of the pull sessions as well as the RDL in leg sessions you currently have.
Personally wouldn’t do low reps for the isolation stuff like pressdowns, flyers or side raise. Higher reps are the order of the day. The rigid 5-9 for each first set probably doesn’t need to be for every exercise, maybe the first two.
Biggest question is how are you finding this split and have you made progress? If it’s a new split, obviously time will tell.

Thanks for the feedback. Might add a deadlift to the pull sessions, but was worried about lower back loading going into my leg sessions the following day as I’m currently running my rest day after legs. But could be possible if I add a rest between.

I’ll try the higher reps for isolations.

Ive only just started this split. Only on the second day so far so will make some of the adjustments you’ve mentioned.

Cheers!
