Lean protein source like white fish, shrimp, chicken or turkey work well with me as I don’t use protein powders. I usually have that with ground rice or homemade cor.

Wed – Weight 230lb – so a little dip back down due to the 3 rest days in a row and expected.
High day and leg day today – I trained in David Lloyds simply due to needing to go to 2 different solicitors today and having work to do and Arilena around nursery – wasn’t a bad session at all.
I switched the exercises around order wise and approach so I didn’t have to go 2 heavy on the leg press as it isn’t great for my back in there – that will be the last time I do legs in there 2 as it still didn’t feel great doing it like this.
Lay ham curls – 3 x hard work sets with a 3 second negative – last one to failure with a double drop set and then partials.
Extensions – 3 x hard work sets with a 3 second negative – last one to failure with a double drop set and then partials.
1 leg leg press – 4 sets of 10 pyramid up to a failure set
Split squats – x 12, x 14F
leg press – 5 sets of 15 pyramiding up – none to failure
Adductor – pause in contraction – 4 x 12-15 reps
extensions – FST5 – 5 sets with 10 seconds rest between dropping down 1 block in weight at a time
Cardio done incline treadmill while little miss slept.
All high day meals in no issues – this I imagine is the last one like this as AJ hinted towards moving into a pure health phase (which. Wont be happy about lol) and tightening up a little which I will be happy about.
lantus today was 75iu with meal 1 lol, 6iu humalog pre and 10iu humalog PWO.

And full day of posing classes online for me
This morning i’ve made my 30min routine like usual, and now off to work
I’ve received the feedback of my coach
He’s happy and want to reduce the cardio to steps, more or less 15min fasted everyday for steps, so I’ll use my watch again
