my aim now is to increase muscle mass and keep body fat as low as possible. ive always worked better with structured plans than iifym. was considering trying anavar if could find where to purchase it and have the right health supps along side it.

currently I’m on 160g protein, 33g fat and around 100g carbs. I dont could veg towards intake. I just have around 150g veg in 4 meals and its consistent. veg I currently eat are asparagus, tenderstem broccoli, spinach, mushrooms and courgettes

what is the best anavar to get and where can you get it? I’ll be taking trained by jp nutrition love-heart with it for health and curcumin by supplement needs. will get some krill oil too to take along size them. which is the best krill oil to get? I’m a first time in it so need as much info as possible.

In rest days we did lower carbs and had them.later in the day. Carbs on training days were kept intra and post workout. Have noticed a difference in strength just having carbs during training and post workout
