Hello, I’m always drinking electrolytes in the morning to stay hydrated throughout the day, but I was thinking to add some to my intra workout. Hello, since I am bulking I started to walking for 10-15 min after every meal I consume, I was just wonder if I should wait a bit after eating or just go straight after I’m done with my meal and is it necessary to go after EVERY meal. Thanks in advance for any answers!
