Yes they are a small muscle group so just hit them consecutively .

One clarification. With 4 sets on side delts would you recommend they not be hit on leg days or it should be fine given they are a small muscle?

You have two sleeps so it’s fine … maybe split the volume of delts between legs and push[/quote]

That was my thought process of 3 sets every 2 sleeps. Thank you.

There are literally no right or wrong answers to what you have asked . You can go fast , or slower depending on how that feels for you , you can lower drugs or maintain depending on how that feels for you . I would try all diff ways and see what you like most . I don’t go fast and if I lower drugs I don’t lower by too much .

That’s why I was curious to your preferences. You’ve tried it all. I’ve done both the fast and slow approach but only with low cruise doses. Thanks for the insight as always.

    Question 1 :

I’d move the pullover from pull A to pull B . I’d also switch the exercise order , training the lat followed by upper back ,then lat and so forth .

    Question 2 :
I’d smash 4 sets of side delts and I’d put them as 3rd exercise to give them a bit more oomph . I’d tag biceps on pull session and at the start of legs .

    Question 3:
I’d go get treatment and a full diagnosis on that leg from a professional. See what’s exacerbating the pain on leg curls and whether it can be fixed first .

Thank you for the input Oscar. Loved watching you and Jordan’s pull session from 1-2 years ago.

    Q1: I’ll make both modifications.

Q2: So hit the side delts harder on push day and rest. For biceps, you said you’d tag them onto pull and start of legs. 2 days in a row on pull legs would be better than lumping them into 1 session? Making sure I understand.

Q3: Working on it. The medical system in the United States is very slow.

My drugs are 2g total nandrolone / mast mix and I’m bringing my cals down now to tidy . Based on this leg , I think best plan is small tidy, small push to get the legs even and then I’m ready to go .

When tidying a bit (mini cut) what is your preference in terms of typical duration of it and how steep calorie drops/weight drop is each week? Also, would drugs stay at the same doses as they were leading up to the tidy period?

    It’s normal

Some people like to train the weak side first to failure then just match that with the strong side. Some like to train first and then match the weaker side with rest pause reps

I’ve been doing the latter. Strong side first and rest pause for the weaker. It’s good to hear different perspectives and experiences.

    Hiya,
Are these imbalances visible or just the fact that you achieve more reps on various movements from left to right?

Hey. Slightly visual for lats. Lat rows usually match fine reps without much issue. It’s certain movements. Biceps can’t visually tell. Measurements about the same.

When you do the Leg Press it looks continuous and smooth. You don’t take an extra breath or two at the top to stabilize and squeeze out a couple more reps. Do you consider a set done that way beyond failure or something to avoid at a higher training frequency?

When its 3 sleeps , less is better than More ! Everyone tries to do more as they are desperate to grow , but that desperation costs them , as with push work you get crossover stimulus , so any chest press still gets delts and tri , high incline work hits chest and tris , tri work hirs lower pec and still delts

So 4 sets of presses , goes a LONG way , when its 3 sleeps to recover and then max 1 set flies

I won’t be greedy and will make every rep count. I’ve noticed a lot of what you say is test things out, see what works best, and do what you like. The deeper we get into our lifting journey the more it makes sense. The Shallow and High Incline DB Press with Weighted Dips is an amazing combination for the Push Session and I’m going to push it as long as I can.
Arsenals Humbler is a real bitch. Do you recall the resistance profiles on their overhead, incline, and flat press? 1 set of each angle on the Upper Day and a Dip similar to your Upper Day is something to try.

that means a lot thank you mate

So with the upper session , be mindful it’s 3 sleeps to push so don’t go silly with the press volume . Have you seen my volume for push work in upper ?

I have seen it and I have gone overboard before. Now that it’s a fuller upper and not a shoulder focus I’ll make adjustments and follow your upper as a template to go off of.

Thanks for the input Jordan. You’re a massive inspiration. The only other person that I can say has inspired me is Dan Green. Him the past decade and you the next decade.
