Would love to have more comments too, i do sometimes think that 1 set is not enough for me to hit to muscles and I would prefer having a lot least a second set for myself to have one more chance, so I step out from fb and hop on the a UL splits, and I wanna particularly bring up my Upper body

I’ve been making good progress with the FB after your reminder Jordan, that’s a split that the coach in Hong Kong suggested me but I find it’s hard to do, that’s why I ask a question in the forum
As I have noticed that you now suggest limit the pressing volume within 4 sets by taking out the tricep press work, biceps in lower, 2-3 sets per body parts, Lats and Upper back are a different one right? So I could be doing 2 sets of chest press and 1 set of overhead only, by kicking out the incline chest press and the fly work

Thank you guys for the concern, I have recover at mid April and start back on track with training, after fucking around and asking questions, I have discover how silly my post before, I did find a coach with me now to ensure things going well, i really wish I could have a chance to visit TBJP gym and meet JP himself, thanks so much for helping

Thanks for the suggestion, I broke my meta carpal bone and I did try to use cuffs, I am wondering how I do biceps or triceps exercises

For Ppl like this, would you still train to task failure in all the sets when you have 3 or 4 sets? How’s the progression gonna be on those sets? On when to get up the weight and reps?

I have to start a new meso in 21/10 for another Full Body split, and I’m looking forward to it.
It should be a 10-week to 12 weeks meso, time to have some real ass gainz.
