The guy who is “mentoring” me during off season said add in coconut oil to boost up my cals. It also comes from peanut butter, tuna and mince. I’m OCD with stats so I literally work out the intake to the gram. I was thinking of lowering the fat by taking out the oil and adding in more carbs

I know I’ve put on muscle. My strength is going up and people are telling me I’m getting bigger. It’s just that awkward moment when you add more cals and then your body decides to drop 0.5lbs in 3 days lol
I’m weighing in at 15st 10.8lbs. Should I up my carbs? -
I wouldn’t say it hurts enough to make me stop, no pain no gain as they say lol I only stop when the front/outside of my calf starts to burn so i can let it subside and focus in on gast/soleus

Or if you mean when using db’s for bench press, no. I can comfortably lift heavy with them with no pain
