Feeling very confident at this point in prep , good sleep, yesterday’s post workout pics are making the people I need to make happy, happy, and that’s all I care about 🙂
I’ll just keep my head down and keep working as there is more to be done!
Really looking forward to Pull later on ?

If so, how much are you currently intaking?

160.2 (new low) – Push
Nice rest day yesterday at the PCA and also watching F1 in the afternoon , great race for Max!
At a point now in fat loss where I tend to be very responsive, this is where I thrive as my body doesn’t mind being here, it’s still tough but I believe my routine and resilience is what allows me to ease through the typically harder weeks.
We’re looking at 4 more week of fat loss and around 4-6 lbs (hard to predict) after that, it will be food tapering up, activity down, which I will run you through when we get there.
Feeling very confident 🙂
Ready for push later on!

Hey Clark, i think you may be getting confused here as the topic was training in contest prep, so the training wasn’t more so ‘for strength’ it was more so, we can lower volume to a point where ALL we are focused on is retaining strength, when in reality, some strength will inevitably drop off and we have to do what is needed to elicit hypertrophy.
Typically 4 sets is a great minimum baseline or quads per session

161.2 (new low) – Rest
Off to the PCA Manchester today to support my client Beth in Toned Figure, looking forward to watching the first half of the show then back home to catch the F1 and chill! Also got to wrap Loz’s presents as it’s her birthday on Wednesday :)) ?
Enjoy today! What do you think you’ll hit as a lowest weight if you were to guess? Then what would be your weight on stage (presumably a few lbs up?)? Thank you
Hey matey, thank you, will do. I really think absolute lowest will be 154, stage 156
Wow! That’s a big difference from last year. I’m extremely excited to see what conditioning that brings, especially with the extra muscle you have added!
It should be exciting 🙂 -

161.4 (new low) – Rest
Getting very close to completely new territory now, very exciting!
Couple of things I’m happy with from current shots is the fact my arms and top line in general are hanging on so so much better than last year, more muscle and more accurate training on the way down fuelling that. My legs are pretty flat which is fine because I know how quickly they can replenish when I drop steps, the key here is to not get scared when they get flat for a little bit, otherwise you’ll never get it all off.
Let’s keep going!

Hey AJ, which are the compound movements that you hit in push A and push B? Thanks
