Hi AJ mate! Are your meal choices still the same as shown on page 1 but just in different amounts now? Or has it changed at all?

    Hey Asrar,
The decline bench is certainly not a bad chest exercise but when you break it down, it’s basically a flat bench with less range of motion….
Anecdotally though, you can look at some of the physiques who have had this movement in & they have very well developed & well rounded chests
Take it with a pinch of salt if it’s a movement that feels good, run with it

thank you sir, do you think it would be better to have incline as a first movement?
I have never seen jp, kuba or yourself do decline as a primary movement. i may not have seen it if you have [/quote]
I would definitely favour incline or flat 🙂

    Hey Asrar,

I should definitely be wearing one as I’ve mashed up my teeth with training ?

But Gumz is the best brand as Joe said 🙂

Very simple rest day today 🙂

Just walked Barney twice and had a stacked day of client check ins, a new set up and I was a guest on my friends podcast.

    Was a productive one!

    Deload push tomorrow 🙂

Looking surreal my man. When the lower dials in and yo fat ass is shredded, gonna be some real damage done. Enjoy fat glutes as you’ll miss them when shredded and sitting down. Few questions for you mate:

    1. Can see squats are not in so I’m guessing at this stage, no point in introducing them back in pre contest due to the risk/reward. With the deadlift, how close to the show do you reckon you’ll keep them in or just a case of evaluating as you go along? Didn’t know whether you had a rough plan. Likely not to be in the last couple of weeks ?
    2. How do you approach clients who are evidently not following the plan, but are insistent they are? A tricky area for a coach. On the back of that, how you handle client break ups?
    3. Would you rather wear Kuba’s unwashed soiled (sweaty, not shit himself but does include socks and underwear) gym gear after a Cybex session for two weeks or the full typical female IG wannabe getup for a year – talking full in tight leggings giving you a male camel toe and you have to be adamant this is your choice.

Hey Sam, thank you very much for following along!

1 – Yep, better quad moves are leg press/hack at the moment, no need for the squat which arguably doesn’t challenge the quads as effectively. – Deadlifts will be in all the way, until the very last sessions.

2 – I will be totally honest with every client but it’s rare that someone in my team doesn’t follow the plan as they are very likeminded ( not always had clients like that ) I will literally tell them they are wasting their time & money if they continue to not adhere. In terms of clients leaving again I have very good retention & most only leave due to either 1 – going assisted or 2 – financially not in a place to continue.
    3 – Odd question. Defo Kuba’s.
