    Hi AJ,
I see that you do triceps on pushday again, no more ”armday”?

Hey dude, no more arm days, I need the full rest now

    Second 167 in a row. (167.6lbs)

We now call in back to back high days (second time this prep) to make sure I come up a bit before the next push as I really don’t want to get small and flat at this stage. strong and full in sessions right now when possible is a GOOD thing.

An extra 300c going in today (Kub agreed with this plan also)

    Today’s numbers – 625c 50f 230p

Hi AJ. Hope everything is good.
I wanted to get your advice on the topic of how to go about warming up when running full body.
I’m half way through my 2nd week of running full body since gyms opened. Doing 1 working set for each movement, sessions are really long and tough, finding it hard to gage how many warm up sets to do and how long to rest between the warm up sets and my working set.
Any pointers or tips would be greatly appreciated. All the best mate.

Hi Aj. Looking to up my calories soon and try put on some size, just wondered what’s the highest amount of fat you’d say someone should eat in a day. I like eating carbs but feel better doing low carb/high fat. But if I was eating say 300g carbs a day and it meant I’d have to eat 200g fat to hit my suggested calorie intake would it be best to just up my carbs instead? Would really appreciate some advice. Cheers mate

    Hey Rob.

I usually don’t like to take fats on training days much above 100g for anyone, tends to raise a lot of digestive issues.

Rest days around 150<g max really.

I enjoy the voice notes, especially ones that are a bit longer like the above! Easier to listen to and digest than reading a post with the same info!

    Thanks Alexander!
