Great push session down at Normanton today.
Finding Iโm needing to eat closer and closer to training atm as otherwise I flag in the session even with an Intra. Contemplating moving carbs from meal 2 and placing more in meal 3.
Usual session so not much point in writing it out again but I felt strong across the board on the incline prime press and hammer strength shoulder press.

Hi AJ, looking great bud.
just watched your 4pps cybex video, noticed that your feet seem to be quite low down on the foot pad. Does this vary from hack to hack (cybex, Watson, Atlantis etc).
Also in regards to your new yohimbine and vasoburn protocol, have you noticed any difference yet in terms of โspot reducingโ
thanks
Hey Harvey!
I tend to keep my feet pretty low on all hacks, I like to try and get as much forward knee travel as possible to create a more quad biased squat pattern.
I haven’t actually taken either yet, waiting on grabbing the yohimbine off Kuba, probably won’t use the vasoburn until I do cardio (if I do cardio)

Ehi AJ, you log is insane!, i love it.
Iโd love to hear your opinion on high volume training. Do you run some high volume phase to build work capacity? Or simply to take adavantage of some potential hyperthophy benefit of high volume training.
Thanks man!Don’t see much benefit in the higher volume phases as you’ll just pull away from your loading (get weaker) in favour for more volume… which will likely be poorer total work, if I did higher volume with the same intensity I would just be smashed 24/7

Hello AJ.
May i ask you about exercise selection for different people.
Which Vertical/Horizontal pull is better for certain athlete also Push and Hip hinge etc.
Arms exercises etc.
How do you choose your exercises best for your body and goals.
Thanks for your time and keep up the good work !
Assessing this is a matter of trial and error mate, and getting your clients to film their lifts from the start of coaching to identify where they breakdown / where they are weak.
Focusing on things you can get better at without doing things that just DO NOT match your limb length / body structure is key.
This just takes time
