Hey AJ, just wanted your opinion on arm recovery. Do you think that tagging biceps at the end of push will affect the following pull session or triceps at the end of pull affecting the following push session? Thanks man.
I would rather see arms tagged at the end of legs mate I think most people will struggle with extra work at the end of pull that would interfere with push (Tricep that is)

Good BOR focused pull session with Cam & Kub today, felt a bit draggy but still performed well, enjoying movie soundtracks at the moment during training, feel very focused with it.
Nice to see some show pics go up from 2 bros this past weekend, exciting to see things back up and running a bit π

Very good push session today. Felt strong across the board π super happy with performance at the moment & I managed to improve execution on pretty much everything too, as my shoulder pressing was getting a bit rubbish ROM wise

After a week of being a bit annoyed with looking inflamed & tired, my weight dropped a lot this morning & the fluid shifted (could visibly see it in the mirror) & I think today is my best look so far of this prep.
Now we keep moving forwards and really really closely monitor volume as me & Kuba can recover from slightly less now.

Very good leg session today
Actually took progressions on everything despite feeling pretty battered all week. Me and Kuba did baseline volume again, which was definitely needed.
7pps top banded hack with more tension and one more rep
10.75pps Precor leg press x 15 were highlights πRest day tomorrow & will be pulling my steps down as body really needs a full rest (me and Kuba agreed I looked inflamed and tired today)

Good Pull session today.
Hit 190×8 on RDL & 80×13 On single arm DB row, very chuffed with performance at the moment π
Highly likely Iβll be pulling down food from the diet break macros tomorrow as I am stalling a bit & want to really make this next month super effective for fat loss to give me time to feed up π

1) Which it’s your favorite brand of 45 degree leg press?
2) Which it’s your favorite brand of pivot leg press?
3) Do you see a merit in doing in Legs A a 45 degree leg press and in the second rotation, legs B, do a pivot leg press? Or it’s mostly the same?
4) Do you like the horizontal leg press? You don’t do it often now.
