hope you’ll be rocking some short shorts with this new found leg detail! Be rude not to for the site…
was thinking naked?

164 lbs this morning, very close to my lowest of the entire prep, but carrying a bit more fullness this time, and arguably, a little harder.
Legs today for the site – I’ll have 3 more leg sessions after this one… will make it count ( as always )

Rest day today – felt a tad draggy this morning, but as the day has gone on ( and the caffeine kicked in ) things have levelled out, had a productive day and all work is done so got time to chill out tonight, some rounds of posing & also going to a local indoor mini golf place to switch off even more, even at this point, doing social things & ‘non bodybuilder’ activities really helps me stay level headed and focused on the goal, I am very obsessive to the point where i can create stress from nothing if I sit with my thoughts for too long, so it’s good to have these little things.

Bit of a strange 24 hours as my phone decided to completely die and not come back to life so hence the social media MIA haha
Secretly loved not having instagram though…. just borrowed a phone off Kub purely to have whatsapp for clients & will get new phone today
We did 600c 45f 250p on Saturday, look yesterday post push was much better, fuller, but not as full or slightly spilled, like we wanted…
So yesterday (Sunday) I did all my usual meals on a 600c refeed, so about 450 carb… then last two meals were
– Burger / Chips from Urban Burger
– Sushi – Net weight 850g – mostly Salmon based rolls.
Pics upon wake this morning proved how flat i actually was (flatter than we thought) this is the first time I’ve ever used off plan foods to refeed & it was something I was willing to try when Kub thought it was needed. I think from now on, it will be ‘clean’ high days a I’ll be using them to predict what is needed for my peak.
Feel very very fresh both physically & mentally now, energy is high, readiness is there to go again, so back to normal food today and crack on with more fat loss, i can’t afford to get that flat too often though as eventually I will drop off too much fullness & effect the long term look not just the short term / acute one.Hi AJ, bit of a weird question regarding the phone, do you have 2 phones and 2 numbers like one work and one personal? What seems to be the norm with coaches you know?
Love the video series btw, keep it up mate ![/quote]
That’s correct mate 🙂 2 seperate -
164.4 this morning, still a pound above last baseline, I feel tighter through my lower half but a bit flatter through my upper. I think getting down to around 160 before feeding up for peak week #1 is the realistic goal right now; but visuals count the most.
Push was great yesterday took a few little rep progressions, not chasing additional load at this moment as I know my reps will drop too low.
Some shots post workout

Totally agreed with Clare – best thing you can do with CV is not overcomplicate things.

Welcome to the site Masood!

Few things to ask yourself in my opinion mate
1 – How long have you been pushing for? What does body comp look like, what does fasted blood glucose look like?
2 – How long do you spend chewing your meals?
3 – Do you make your meals taste GOOD? seasonings, salt, etc
4 – Are you moving at all before and around meals? Short walks can really aid appetite

164.2 – back down almost to baseline before the high days. But feeling tighter than I was before we ran them. Still holding good fullness and that has shown in performance across the last few sessions.
Legs was super strong yesterday, still beating numbers.

Solid rest day today, really happy with the look second day after high days in terms of fullness and ‘dryness’ but dropped the fluid/watery look
However I’m so ready to push harder now and get the final bits off; I want to be super sharp in glutes & hams, under 4 weeks to make it happenWould you say your physique looks the best so far on rest days ? And have you got any pictures post the refeed you had . Looking awesome Aj !! The thing I love the most is how shredded you are whilst still maintaining fullness which is fucking difficult to maintain as a natty best you’ve ever looked mate

Hi AJ hope your good.
Whilst running Push, Pull, Rest, Legs, rest… how many rotations should there be ideally ??
I assumed Push 1, Pull 1, rest, Legs 1 rest, then into Push 2, Pull 2, rest, Legs 2, rest.
So there is 2 variations of each individual session?
Cheers mateHey Lewis, yes always 2 rotations

Hi AJ, when it comes to weighted dips and pullups in the off season, would you consider getting equal reps with the same added weight at a slightly higher bodyweight progress or would you only consider the added weight? Looking great bro, good luck with prep.
Thanks
Hey Callum, I’d see that as a progression yes as you have added weight to the lift through increased bodyweight!

Check in with Kub and we both agreed high days needed today & tomorrow to protect the next few sessions and really see what we’re working with as I’m too flat to see true condition now.
600g today (rest day) then we go from there.
