Hi aj just wanted to ask how and if you log forced reps in your logbook? Say for instance you’re doing Flat BB bench press and your spotter assists you on an additional rep is this something you log? Just that its difficult to quantify how much the spotter has helped and if the same scenario occurs on the next rotation, how do you know if you’ve truly progressed? Rest day yesterday was a busy one but a productive one!
Felt like I hit my best look to date this morning, nice blend of condition and fullness. Checked in at the gym lighting so here is a few pics for you guys 🙂
166.2 in these, have to be under 165 on the day which we will be.
2 more weeks on the same setup, slowly getting tighter and tighter.
We won’t refeed until show now, just drop steps when needed if I start running too flat.
Plan is to hit wed Thursday high , then Friday Saturday control days to manipulate the final look and make weight.

Non-training related question – I noticed on a couple of upshifts that you appear to only drink bottled water? If so is there a reason or do you just prefer it to tap water?Yes mate 100% hate tap water. Haha

Some of the best things you can do is simply spend some time pre – session on a light single arm d handle pulldown or horizontal machine row, really think about WHERE your elbow is travelling, drive down towards your hip and add some lateral flexion, contract hard.
See if this works prior to your session

Second high day went very well another 1.5 lbs up, but noticeably back to life in the gym & kub approved.
