8 Days – 163.2 lbs – Nice rest day yesterday, got everything boxed off and chilled out a bit in the evening.
Excited to watch the Spain show this weekend & gain some more motivation for the final push!
Just finished morning steps and posing, body is so routined at the mo, love it

Normal training in the final week, last leg day will be Tuesday -

Hi AJ, with Kuba off to Spain now. Do you foresee this having any effect on the last few days of your prep (training, advice, etc)?
I’ll miss him absolutely but we chat every hour ??
I’m training with @cammackaypt for all sessions while he’s gone 🙂

I would like to know what are your thoughts on introducing ephedrine or yohimbine in prep and the possible downsides that they can give you because of such high CNS activaction.

I’ve never used yohimbine so cant really comment but a Lot of other have used with great success

12 days out 🙂
164 lbs on the dot this morning, still holding good fullness and in around a weeks time I will be done with fat loss and begin building food and dropping back expenditure.
I need to make weight at under 165, so the high days will be set up according to that. I weigh in on Sunday morning show day. Bit harder to manage but nothing I can’t do 🙂

I am french sorry for my english. What is a advantage use to berries in your diet? And your opinions on the fruit (banana Apple ….) for a off season diet.

In off season are you going to keep the hip hinge variation (DL basically and not hip thrusts) only once every 10 days, as it is with the current rotation, or are you going to add one more on BOR day as well?
Do you think 1 every 10 days is enough?Once every 10 days works so so well now I imagine we will keep it 🙂
