Absolutely fantastic leg session at Train Beach Gym, highly recommended if you come to Dubai.
Loaded with Atlantis kit, you pay about 40 quid to get in… but you also get access to a very nice pool/ private beach / deck to use after you train, which is awesome

I work so so much better fasted mate, the moment I eat, I need to go and train, if I nail work fasted with coffee I am on fire, when I eat, it’s a no go haha

Onwards from here I work, less check ins, more programming, set ups etc and then chill by the pool with Loz / read a book (currently Thinking, Fast and Slow)

Why the choice of the curcumin pre bed , I usually have mine first thing upon waking in the morning . Opinions on having 2 halcyon and 2 magnesium together pre bed?

Curcumin timing doesn’t REALLY matter, but I personally feel quite sleepy off it, so I choose to take pre bed

Legs was really good yesterday, however the upper body kit at Binous looks incredible so I’m really excited for Pull tomorrow.
Leg kit was ok, but I’m just so blessed at Rotherham that it means I compare every other gym to the best in the U.K. ?
Rest day today & all work is already done (5:30-9:30 check ins) meals being prepped then just gonna chill by the pool, go for a few walks, love it 🙂

Good week overall in the books. No changes to diet at all since my original post. Will update when any changes are made.
166s pretty much all week in terms of weigh ins, but the initial post show fluid has come off, and I look a lot harder than the beginning of the week.
I’ll attach a few pics next week post workout & a full update.
My next series will start soon on YouTube & the site which I am excited to launch!

Leg day today & I checked in too, weight still hovering in 165-166s, feeling very good & strength continuing to climb
I will tell you guys more about my lockdown plans early next week as I’m just finalising a few things!

Everything is running smooth at the moment – last few sessions have been very productive and the general feeling of ‘dragginess’ post prep has dissipated a lot. I am 166.4 this morning, so around 3 lbs above my Italy stage weight at 2 weeks post show, I’m content with this, especially with how I feel and look. I just want to make sure the next months are as ‘optimal’ as they can be, to make the most of any marginal gains I can make towards 2022.
Every meal, hour of sleep & training session counts!
Rest day today, getting ready for a good leg session tomorrow – back up to normal volume now.
