175.2 at the end of the de-load, feel well rested and my Oura ring data backs this up also.
First session back is Legs, I will have to manipulate a few things as where I am training has different kit, but more than enough to get the job done, these next months I will have to be adaptable to make things work, but I’m fine with that as my why is strong enough.

Seated Calf x2 super set with Cable Run Preacher x3
Cable crunch x2Got it done in 90 mins

Morning, final day of the Deload and biofeedback is in a much better place now.
Will be in for Legs & Biceps tomorrow. Very excited.

Agreed with Hilly I would have fats a little higher & pull the carbs down to match the calories.
I’d add 25g Dark Choc to your pre meal personally

Morning everyone, hope all is good! Another rest day today, going to use these as a de-load for now. Readiness is climbing and it was in the gutters before this, and then I’ll have a solution for training options in the next few days

173 this morning so definitely due a food increase now as I’m trending down all of this week
Added in 20 mins bike light intensity upon wake everyday besides legs purely to keep cardiovascular fitness efficient and I feel 10x better already since doing it for the last 5 days.
Rest day today, will get some pics of the new JP clothing too,… it’s unreal

I don’t have a Deload day, I would have Deload weeks every 5-6 weeks

Have you ever tried push pull rest leg push rest pull leg rest split ??
i’m doing push pull leg or push pull arm leg split ,I’m trying to change it because it’s not completely recovered
can i get some advice?I haven’t tried that split personally
If you are not recovering you simply need additional rest days or look deeper into your sleep, stress management, nutrient timing & other recovery tools!
