Hey Leo I would consider giving a rest either side of pull so your focus for these muscle groups is at its highest.
So maybe

Legs

How do you find deadlifting with a stiff bar compared to your average barbell that will whip a little on the initial pull? Which do you prefer ? ?Hey Luke.
Very hard. I usually use a deadlift bar so it has a lot of whip, which I like, feels more comfortable. Stiff bar the set dies very quick.

175.4 – Rest Day – had some decent pulls yesterday especially considering it was on a completely different bar to what I usually use. Very stiff with zero whip.
Finally got wifi in the house yesterday so a lot less stress there ?

And what is your opinion of rir? Is it good? Will you use it?
For some trainee’s RIR makes sense as they may enjoy it. For me I cannot fathom entering a set with a ‘RIR Goal’, my set would suck.. I feel like strength is such an important factor in hypertrophy that you will be short selling yourself with RIR set ups. I see a lot of sets online which are ‘1RIR’ and in reality are about 5-6 RIR

Hey AJ, do suggest training to failure for a beginner?
For a first timer, no, you will need to steadily learn where failure is, this takes time, your ‘failure’ will adapt and change as you can train harder and harder. Just be patient, and train progressively harder over time.

Typically on compounds I will do as many as 3-5 but on isolations usually just one. Never really log them

How come you consume omega 3s on empty stomach. To be honest I am almost sure that they need meal, with fats, for better absorption.They go with meal one 🙂
