Hi,
In regards to sponsorship I’d followed and was aware of Jordan from 2015, I first spoke to him on my podcast in that year too. I didn’t reach out as that’s rude in my opinion, Jordan approached me to join the team and it was a no brainer. Podcasts have been where I’ve delved into the most of my knowledge mate & pretty much every single fitness / BB podcast I’ve listened too. I don’t really want to look like anyone in particular but I love Shaun Clarida personally at the moment

182 – Rest
Decent session yesterday hit 220×8 Deads which is a PB but I wasn’t happy at all, warm ups slow, upper back tightness poor, so it’s time for a rotation, gonna RDL or SLDL every 10 days and deadlift every 10 days to break through this plateau. Previously I was deadlifting every 5

Got the 52s yesterday for 6. 44×15 , was a very good session, on a great run at the moment! Will smash my pulls today.

Heading for the 52s today on low incline, first time touching anything above 50 on this angle, excited to get it done!!

How looks your bonus arms day? Sets, reps, exercises. 1s + 1s back off or something like 3/4 sets per exercise?
Ez curl super set with Pushdown x3
Single arm preacher super set with overhead single dumbbell x3
Single arm Pushdown super set high cable curl x3 plus drop
All 8-15s

181.6 – Rest Day
Lovely leg session yesterday actually took progressions on everything despite going up to normal volume, every exercise up by a little bit of load or a rep. Of course progressions are a little more steady now as I’m deeper into the off season, nevertheless, very happy with the progress.

Hitting arms on off days when I feel recovered enough to do so at the moment. Today I’m more than able.

Hacks today , back to normal volume too, feel very fresh after the slight de-volume over the last 3 sessions.

Being that your a natural competitor do you use slightly less volume in training than some of the enhanced athletes? This is probably highly individual based on your recovery ability but interested to hear your answer. I’ve seen your videos with Kuba and it looks like you do the same set for set. Excited to follow along you journey buddy all the best!

Myself and Kub run very similar volume actually, his strength causes more fatigue so therefore it ends up being about matched 🙂 my arm volume is slightly higher tho ?
