189 – Pull Day
Great push session yesterday, took some All time PBS on high incline , 40×16 on my back off set was the highlight and 47.5×8 on the top.
Pull today, I will take down the 220 RDL 😉

Couldn’t agree more with Kuba. You’ll learn the most in the trenches.
MNU is a great course for nutrition
Integra Education is great for training application especially for understanding how different clients move
This site is arguably one of the best in the world for all round knowledge

189 – Push Day
Very productive rest day yesterday but took me a while to get going with the day which usually is a sign of fatigue climbing, which I will monitor, today I feel far fresher so should be a great day performance wise.
High incline DB and Barbell Incline on the cards today!
Hope everyone has had a great start to the week

Hi Aj at the end of your prep did you reverse diet and slowly add calories to where you’re at now or did you add a lot to start with ?
Hey Charley, added 1100 out of the gate, added slowly from there.

189 – Rest Day
Well yesterday’s leg session smashed me, was falling asleep at 7:45 ish whilst watching a bit of Netflix, so hit the hay at 8pm and got some very good quality sleep in. Feel semi refreshed today ? but full rest day needed to get ready for tomorrow’s push.
Today will be
20 mins cv (done)
Log update
Check ins
Walk
Nap potentially
Of course eating in between! -
Agreed with hilly from a perspective of digestion and also just enjoyment and your schedule. I prefer 6 meals and an Intra, that always works well for me personally

187.8 – Leg Day
Great rest day yesterday, feel refreshed and ready to get after it today. Got my hack rotation & it’s been going very well as of late, so will take something big!
I will be due a de volume in the next 1-2 weeks so will keep an eye for the signals.
12 Weeks Until Prep Begins.

183 – Rest Day
Huge drop overnight not sure why I ate last meal early and did a few extra steps but nothing out of the ordinary. Felt a lot leaner yesterday too, perhaps some adaptation to the current calories but I’ll await the next few weigh ins to see whether to add food. I won’t ever go off one weigh in to determine this – usually it’s the look, the weight trend, and performance, that will indicate a required adjustment

187 – Pull Day
Very solid session yesterday with push felt strong throughout!
Pull on the cards today and the only switch is now we have a RDL session and a BOR session, today is BOR, so looking forward to setting the baseline

Morning Aj . Out interest do you take any supplements eaas prior to your morning cardio cycle ? Kind regards
None at all mate

Definitely two rotations bud – and to maximise that pull, put your hip hinge and squat on separate days, that will sky rocket those lifts & have you feeling a hell of a lot fresher
-
Definitely worth adding pics for sure – I’d like to see a carb increase of maybe 25-50g depending on body composition!

188.8 – Push Day
Good rest day yesterday, felt relatively fresh all day which is odd after legs but I’m finding that training earlier is definitely allowing for better recovery the next day. Less draggy, less mentally tired. Training at the mo is 1-3pm. Whereas in the past it’s been 3-6 pm. I still fit in 3 meals prior to training and get all work done so perhaps it’s something I’ll run with when gyms re open.
Time to get after another day ✔️

187.5 – Rest Day
Full rest today after legs yesterday, felt pretty smashed last night but today I feel good & have had a productive morning 🙂
Will get an early night ready for a high quality push session tomorrow ??
Food hasn’t changed since my last update, still steadily progressing on the scale and in the gym
