Brilliant leg session yesterday, got a bit greedy on the Cybex but managed to get an ok set of 4 on 6 plates, which I thought was out of my reach for even a single
Don’t feel too beaten up today which is spot on. Don’t want to bury myself into a hole every session at this stage, protecting muscle is the goal

Productive rest day yesterday, also got to totally switch off again like last weekend as I have a LOT less check ins and work over a Sunday so I capitalise on that, watched the F1, went for a drive & a walk, good day 🙂
Today is legs and the Cybex hack again, will aim to bury last weeks set

195 – Rest
Brilliant pull yesterday! Took 240 for 5 and a bit on deads , and felt pretty fresh after too, sleep was a little poor but I’m putting this down to maybe going out for final steps quite late and not spending enough time just sat down, so I will shift this routine.
Weight seems to be stalling out a bit, so I will highly likely shift food down a little going into this coming week to keep things moving along!

195 – Pull
Was a lot happier with the look post training yesterday, far more pop than the first week of dieting but still with some movement forward with condition, definitely leaner than this far out last time, but every week needs to be nailed for the final product to be what I want it to be 🙂

Hey AJ, hope you’re good. On your arms/delts day do you follow training day nutrition? Or is it more of an active rest day so rest day nutrition? Thanks!

195.2 – Push
As the bodyweight starts to stabilise a little more and drop slower, I’m noticing more fullness and pop, which is what you’ll tend to see when the body begins to adapt a little to the idea of being in a deficit, after a shorter push phase i expected this to happen around now, nothing needs to change I just need to make sure I don’t get attached to feeling full or flat at any point, both will serve a purpose throughout the whole diet

Brilliant leg session with Caitlin joining us yesterday ?? beat all previous numbers at house of gains since I was last there and felt like it was a very effective session!

Hi, i saw you are doing biceps 3 days in a row (you add to Push, Pull and then at Arms+Delts) thats not too much? Is that able to recover in 24h?
Recovers fine, 2 sets on push, 4 on pull, 6 on arms

Will be off to house of gains gym in Leeds today for legs, great gym with some good leg equipment too. The owner is a great guy ??
I’ll also have the session on my YouTube so it should be a good one! Feeling strong & ready for it after a good nights sleep last night

195.6 – Arms & Delts
Took the 210×10 set on RDL yesterday which I was very happy with! Sleep is now a lot less broken besides waking up for the toilet which becomes the norm as the first few weeks of dieting pulls a lot of fluid
Took some pics yesterday and as expected I just look flatter and smaller ? which actually despite losing some body fat, makes for a terrible look at the start of a diet phase. This is where you just have to realise the first few weeks are not the be all and end all, the fullness loss is temporary and will always look the worst when you drop down from off season food!
In the next 2-3 weeks my body will start to adapt and the look will improve ??

Very good de volume push yesterday!
Slept well, ate meals a little later yesterday due to training slightly earlier, hence no drop this morning but I definitely feel visually a good chunk tighter!
Excited to get my head down for another week

Very good sleep last night and a proper rest day yesterday, purposely got work boxed off early so I could literally switch off
Will add a pic of my scale weight trend this week, got off to a great start! Fast ? out of the gates which is what I wanted to achieve
