186.8 – Rest
Things moving really nicely now as expected 🙂
Purchased a treadmill this week and it came yesterday, this is a tool I used in 2017 to do CV. This is not inclusive of steps. Steps are done at a steady pace outside. CV for me to protect performance has to be as low impact as possible. The treadmill ticks that box for me.
So slight incline at 20 mins training day, 30 rest days, that’s the current setup, and I know with this, I’ll come in pretty quick from here. I want to be a bit ahead of schedule as the goal is elite conditioning.

Not feeling unwell afterwards either which means that the “aids” that took hold of myself and Kuba has now dissipated ?

187.6 – Pull
Finally feel pretty decent today. Started to feel a lot better throughout the day yesterday and body temp has settled now.
So today’s session I’ll be doing my normal pull rotation that has deadlifts but I just won’t be deadlifting.
As much as I feel better going to deadlift is probably going to set me back even further so I’ll drop the ego today and be smart to ensure I can get a high quality rest of the week.

On your tricep work have you dropped compound work such as dips and a cgbb for more isolation movements? I assume your not doing them in your delt and arms top up session?
Hey Aaron,
So I never felt like I got much out of those movements I’d always end up getting niggles from that kind of narrow set up so I just favour more isolated tricep work and then standard grip presses.

Actually ended up having to rest again yesterday, this is so unlike me and I was feeling fine over the weekend but whatever plague is going around atm just seems to come in waves… felt proper bad most of yesterday ended up getting all meals in but with a lot of pain as my throat is mashed
Feel a bit better today but unfortunately will need to rest again
Pretty annoyed to be honest but these things happen

Restructured that push session a bit now but I’m loving it

Very much hoping my body starts adapting to the hayfever situation as I carry a fair amount of body fluid from it as well when it’s bad my body gets so inflamed
But regardless I know at this stage I am in a deficit and the bodyweight and look will follow suit even if there is a film of fluid covering progress

So frustrating as I know I’m in a fairly decent deficit but just wake up looking like a swollen mess ?At least I’m not alone, should pass soon as the pollen count begins to fall a bit

Riddled with hayfever today ? but besides that a productive rest day went for a drive with my uncle & saw some family after getting a good bit of work done this morning ? now chilling watching Baku Qualifying!

Good week of fat loss this week 🙂 happy with the visual changes alongside weight drop, just need to keep this pace up ?

That was a productive leg session, mostly retention on performance with some small wins along the way, first leg session in 10 days so wasn’t expecting fireworks
Adductor x1
Prime seated ham x2
Cybex Hack x1
Precor leg press top banded x1
Standing leg curl 1 rest pause
Glute drive x1
Calves x2Don’t feeling too beaten up from today but had to fight for the hacks so may have to back down on those two sets I did at the RDL earlier in the week ?
Sleep should be improved tonight with a Dyson fan right next to my head ?

Seems like ive caught some lurgy, day 2 of total rest and I do feel slightly better. Meals are going in just I just feel smashed. Body is fighting back some shite so I will rest till I feel great.
Hopefully can hit legs Sunday.
I blame @Ajmorris he has given me his aids
