183 – Legs
Another new low today after seeing some new details posing post workout yesterday, always tends to follow that visual -> scale drop trend.
Filming with Jay yesterday and today, today is focused around my new series for YouTube which I cannot wait for!

Feels like you doing really low volume for legs right now? Only one set for the compounds. Any thoughts about that? Why lower there? I’ve always got pain in my knees for 2-3days after legs but always fresh for the next leg sesh, so I’ve thought about reducing the volume but it’s also my weakest bodypart..?
Yes , always low volume here, my systemic fatigue would be too high with anymore. I could maybe get away with one more set but no more than that, this is strength and accuracy dependent

183.6 – Arms & Delts
As I expected another new low today, still feeling fantastic though, as I come into the 170s that’s where I actually feel the best all round. 160s tend to be a little tougher but still in all honesty, they feel a LOT better than being 190+ ?
Arms and delts today, short and sweet, actually filming this one for the site so you’ll all get to see it!

184.6 – Pull
Now my body is really in the phase I love. I feel fitter daily, but also changes in the physique are coming pretty much daily too.
It’s crazy as the 180s for me used to be peak off season! I started my 2017 prep for example at a pretty soft 185!
So for anyone reading this, do not be afraid of pushing that scale weight up. The big off seasons always… always pay off when you come down

186 – Push
Morning guys, great rest day yesterday busy , but busy doing some pretty fun stuff :)!

186.2 – Rest
Big new low after that leg session, knew it was coming as I could see new detail last night , whenever that happens it’s almost always time for a new low!
Exciting day today but more on that in a couple of weeks time! (Non BB related)
No changes to diet ahead of next week, let’s knock on the door of another good drop… 30 mins incline walk going down this morning ??

That was a mega leg session , had my client Charlie in with myself and Loz.
When I train with clients often I’ll get a LITTLE carried away when I feel good ? today I felt immense so I treated myself to one rest pause leg press set on my back off, felt immense, 30 rep total, 20, 6, 4, ( 3 clusters split by 30 secs on the stop watch) give it a try!!

Legs on the cards today as I couldn’t shift my training to Sunday & obviously this week got moved around a fair bit with being unwell! Nevertheless ready to get after it today 🙂

Nice rest day yesterday got lots of work boxed off and then went to watch quiet place 2 which was averrrrage!
Struggled a bit with the heat last night and sleep, but raring to go everyday at the moment and excited to keep progressing 🙂
