Another big drop and I just know when these are coming now. Been a great week.

Another new low and through my ‘self callipers’ aka grabbing my Glute fat ? I can feel like they are starting to let go of some more 🙂

174.8 – Pull
2.2 lb / 1kg off overnight as I felt my body adapting far more to the heat yesterday, funny how you just get so in tune with these little things as you go through more and more contest preparation
RDL pull day today , one of my favourite sessions of the rotation!

Weight all over the shop this week with the heat and hydration being different, not phased as the weight is not the goal it’s the look and I can see new detail so we keep moving forwards!

Advice for growing lagging biceps? Which have always seemed to be an issue. Have read online that you need to get them strong af with strict bb curls and also the contrary that it’s all about the pump. What would you recommend? Thanks.
Learn how to properly execute bicep work. Biggest thing that helped me. Barbell curls can work of course but you’d be better off finding movements with perfect alignment like a single arm preacher etc, stick to a lot of single arm work, be progressive, be accurate & be intense with your arms just like any other body partb

yesss that was a really good leg session, I had to nap in the car on the way there which is so unusual for me , last night we got back late from the GP so lost about 1hr 30 sleep which is huge for me and I simply do not change my wake time ever as I hate getting up later than 5am
Took progressions on everything since last rotation, obviously no huge PR’s but nevertheless very happy with where performance is sitting at this stage in the game
Sofa bound for the rest of the evening and rest day tomorrow 🙂

Brilliant day yesterday at the F1, shame we didn’t get to see a proper battle between max and lewis but was fun regardless.
Another week of prep is ahead of us, legs today to kick it off, excited 🙂
The only recent changes have been pulling cardio and just sticking to steps. ROL still at 2 lbs a week and leg fullness / performance is far improved

Brilliant pull session yesterday despite it being an absolute sauna in ultra!
No changes for the week ahead as another 2 lbs came off without much hassle. Let’s do this again this week.
Off to Silverstone for the British GP today, so buzzing!
