Good morning guys rest day 254.4, rest day today, HITT cardio done, physio and sauna done. Now got an hour planning for my call with my clients today and I actually can’t wait to spend some time with @Ajmorris later, going to get a custom order for us from edo sushi and chat shit

Unreal progress and very insightful to see the the information / data gathered relative to what you respond better too VS previous preps etc. Having experienced the same phenom recently myself it’s super exciting knowing there is so much more potential if a prep or offseason is managed in accordance to the new info learned hey.

Hey everyone 5 days out and a 4 lb drop over night …. If I’m honest it’s totally to be expected. Ton of fluid and fullness dropped but this is leading me perfectly into peak week. 224.4 today – new low
The look is dramatically different today. Detail everywhere considering did legs yesterday lower body looks most detailed it ever has. Sent pics over to @Ajmorris and Jordan and they both agreed the look has changed dramatically since yesterday so this is getting very exciting.

Good morning guys, last high day to go today and we are dropping hammer again tomorrow. I increased my calories on average by 790 across 5 days combined with a 40% reduction in training volume and it has seen 0 weight increase across this time. The look has changed a lot im a lot leaner across the board especially from the back.

Seems like ive caught some lurgy, day 2 of total rest and I do feel slightly better. Meals are going in just I just feel smashed. Body is fighting back some shite so I will rest till I feel great.
Hopefully can hit legs Sunday.
