I know you’ve been debating whether or not to add slin for a while now. I thought the main goal for the uni was to come in leaner. Is the slin a risk to that or do you feel you can manage it with the time you’ve got? Have you an idea on how long you’ll run it for or just go by eye?

Bit off topic there too lol

That meant to say vein as fuck lol

I’ve not read the forum to be honest and I don’t really like to when it comes to shit like that. There’s a lot goes on in the industry that’s bullocks and seems to go to folks heads. If talking shit about someone makes them feel knowledgeable so be it, not much comes from it on stage. Sad feckless idiots best left to their own devices.
That said, I was at Nabba Scotland comp and had a chance to bump into Jordan. I then sat while an older guy that later chatted with Jordan held court with a few young impresdionable lads and reeled off Jordan’s set up, earnings, ‘supplement regiem’ and apparently you’ve hit your own gym too Jordan. Massive set up apparentlY. I certainly hope your hard work is paying off mate as you know you’ve one happy client here, bit this guys bollocks was outlandish, me and the Mrs were pissing ourselves.
What got me, was the guy was in fucking good shape himself, particularly got his age (and I’m no pup) so why try to undermine the hard work and achievements of someone on the rise who’s worked so hard to get there?I love this game and what it does for me personally and to be honest I find the way it effects some folks and their ego, quite sad, but I don’t feel need to comment on it outside of my own thoughts. Whatever makes you happy eh?
No arse kissing involved here as I’m sure this applies to many a force to be reckoned with as I’m sure Jordan will be/is this year. Just uneducated, jealous idiots.
Rant over, don’t normally vent my opinions in that way, I honestly don’t understand why everyone in the same game can’t just give each other a pat on the back when they’re doing well. Let’s face it, we’re all born as fuck and the biggest compliment us when one of the boys in the gym says ‘fuck, you’ve grown’. Let’s have more of that.

I’ve been struggling to get banded DB pullovers right. Any pointers would be appreciated lads

Jordan,
If you get chance can you give us your thoughts on quality from BB Warehouse own brands and MyProtien supps. Cheers J -
Musical the one for me too Jack. Plug in to a few Napster playlists, cover up the clock on my cross trainer and zone out looking out the window. HIT is still at the gym till I get hold if a bike that will take it, but that passes quickly, always watching the clock and the next sprint session coming around all too quick lol
I’ll deffo check out the pod casts though Ciaran, Ben Pakulski in particular is sooo switched on.

Be really interested to hear how you get on mate. I’m paying a lot more attention to health since I started working with you and really seeing the benefits. This sounds very interesting.
-
You’ll have to install a ‘like’ button on here Jordan…..very funny rant Jack
-
Gotta be a quality burger Ciaran, no junk food. Check out Fresh Food Guru. They do Piemontese burgers and even have the macros up on the website.

I think now you’ve posted that Jack, your fucked ha ha. Cheats have to be earned with Jordan. I’m currently grafting my bollocks off in the hope of one. I’m with JP on that one though, quality burger, chips, beans and a milkshake followed by ice cream. And I mean a massive burger……heaven. What about you?
-
What’s your opinion on My Protein products in general mate?
-
So is that the main advantage of the above supps? Focus?
And do you just keep this for when you really need it towards the end of prep? No need in offseason or when drive takes care of itself? -
Cheers Jordan, I’m currently getting deep tissue once a week and recently started on Limber 11 most days of the week. The price for not looking after these things for years. Any other pointers you can throw into an article or video would be good. Always learning

Great suggestion Simon
Info on remedial work to keep you flexible and fit for training would be great.
